JAY-Z says he can't control Rihanna's life.
After his label
Roc-Nation reportedly issued a "written warning" to the starlet about
her wild antics, Jay-Z has spoken out about the starlet's recent controversial
behaviour.
"That's not my
place, no," he told Hot97 when asked if he feels like intervening when he
sees her doing something he doesn't approve of.
"Again, I can't
control the outcome of her life. I can't intervene, I can give advice when
asked and that's it. I can provide information and then life has to play out,
life has to happen."
Jay-Z also spoke about
Miley Cyrus' raunchy new image saying it was "understandable" that
she had undergone such a dramatic image overhaul.
"Miley's serious. I
like what she's doing right now. She's fearless. I think it's more a reaction
to people wanting her to be Hannah Montana.
"Just watching the
situation, people want her to be something and she's like, 'I'm not that. I was
six years old. You want me to be six years old forever?' And this is her
reaction to it. Maybe it's loud, but it's understandable."
He also said that
daughter Blue Ivy is "very musically inclined" and has "amazing
rhythm" as she is around music all the time.
